United Way Donor If you are a donor to the United Way Campaign and you want a choice in where your donation dollars are spent, we would like for you to consider helping the poor of our community through the programs of the Good Samaritan Center. The United Way Program has an option plan available called "DONOR CHOICE" which allows you to designate the charity of your choice. Your employer may not be aware of the "DONOR CHOICE" option, therefore, you may need to request the "DONOR CHOICE" form from your employer. You MUST print the complete name of the Center: Good Samaritan Center of Excelsior Springs, Inc. and complete address: 108 S. Thompson St., Excelsior Springs, MO 64024. The Good Samaritan Center is a participant in the State of Missouri's Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and has Internal Revenue Service 501 (c) (3) status. The Good Samaritan Center invites you to join with us in this program that provides for the development of the people of our community.
