Good Samaritan Center of Excelsior Springs is a not-for-profit 501 (c ) (3) organization dedicated to preventing hunger and homelessness by providing basic life needs and access to life skills.



Programs offered
The Good Samaritan Center will be offering a few programs, one lasting five weeks, this month.
The first one is Challenges/Choices/Emotions/Values at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16, in the lower level of the center. Click here for details.

Fundraiser concert set
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church will host a concert with Cindy Novelo to help raise funds for the Good Samaritan Center of Excelsior Springs.
This night of special music will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22, at the church, corner of Regent Street and Kansas City Avenue. Refreshments will be served during intermission. Tickets for the event are $15 each. Click here for details.

Medical Clinic offered
The free medical clinic, located on the lower level of the Good Samaritan Center, is available from 8 to 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday morning. Click here for details.

Service area reminder
The Good Samaritan Center of Excelsior Springs provides assistance to Excelsior Springs and surrounding rural communities inside of a defined region. Please click on image at right for map of service area.

Food Pantry donations earn you dollars!
The food pantry donation can be either money earmarked for the pantry or food items donated directly to the pantry. Non-food items are not eligible for the tax credits.
